04.29.1951 - Fiesta Of Stars

The "Fiesta of Stars" was the Hollywood premiere of Father Patrick Peyton's book "The Ear of God." Father Peyton was the founder of the "Family Theatre", and made these two slogans, which were regularly repeated at "Family Theatre" programs, famous: "The family that prays together stays together" and "A world at prayer is a world at peace."

At this promotional event Father Peyton was supported by a group of Hollywood celebrities including, besides Irene, Rosalind Russell, Loretta Young, Van Johnson, Margaret O'Brien, Jeanne Crain, Clare Boothe Luce and Louella Parsons.
